Hi! We are Kimmy and Lyz. We are two mothers with a huge passion for women's health. We have 5 kids between us and have supported thousands of women through their pregnancies and postnatal recoveries! 

It is our mission to SUPPORT, EDUCATE AND EMPOWER you with access to an online program that combines Physio-led exercise with expert education. From first trimester to first birthday, we have a week by week program for you.

We’ve included the specialised programs you need to keep moving safely and confidently through your entire pregnancy and journey into motherood.
